To evaluate services and the ease of deployment I've deployed several demo apps to various cloud providers. The apps below are utilizing their free tier of service so pages may load slower than normal. Also you can browse through my awards and continuing education certificates.

I selected the "App Services" with a Linux instance and PHP runtime using "Create Resource" on Azure. App was deployed using GitHub.

One of the first cloud platforms, Heroku has been in development since June 2007 and is now owned by Salesforce.com,Inc. I deployed this app using Heroku's CLI.

Render is a unified platform to build and run your apps and websites. I deployed these pages using GITHUB with a "dist" folder.

REACT Daily Planner

Zeit is also a very easy to use all-in-one solution for static & JAMstack deployment. It is CDN that offers automatic SSL. I deployed from the terminal after installing "now" using NPM.
